HVAC system design & sizing
Our technical staff provides assistance in sizing applications and designing
HVAC & refrigeration systems -- both commercial and residential. We also assist
with engineering drawings, specification writing, and controls.
Customer Service
Our customer service representatives are here to help with product and
availability questions, and will swiftly process all orders. No customer
problem will go undetected or unresolved. We believe that it is our
responsibility to anticipate and thus prevent customer problems so as to always
be a partner in our customer's success.
Ongoing Technical Support
Our technical staff provides technical and service support including assistance
with controls, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting installations.
Sales and Marketing Support
RSC understands the importance of relationships. Our Dealer Sales staff is
committed to building long term, loyal business partnerships with authorized
dealers. We coordinate programs tailored to the growing needs of dealer
businesses-- offering application, sales, and marketing support. This includes,

Counter Sales Support
Our knowledgeable and helpful counter consultants are able to answer technical
questions and provide customers with the products they need.
Training and Education
We provide technical, service, and business education at our Training Center.
We also sponsor ProTecs, a certification program for Carrier Dealer Service
Technicians that uses nationally recognized heating, ventilation and air
conditioning agencies to test technicians for technical efficiency and
competency. The purpose of ProTecs is to promote a high degree of consumer
satisfaction for Carrier Dealers' customers. Click here to learn more about

Next Day Delivery of Parts & Supplies
Our next day delivery of parts and supplies from our Distribution Center
enables dealers to deliver for their customers -- the homeowners and commercial
owners -- on a timely basis, too.
After-Hours & Emergency Parts
All of our locations are open 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 5:00
pm for the Cleveland Perkins Avenue location). Same day delivery is available
for emergency situations. Emergency support is also offered nights & weekends
by calling (216) 881-7800 or (800) 882-7800. (See below for emergency support
for Refrigeration products).
Refrigerant Reclamation
Each of our locations has the facilities for the return of recovered
refrigerant.
Services for Refrigeration Products

We provide technical services to our customers such as job site reviews,
trouble shooting, piping layout, load calculations, and equipment selection
assistance. Our three Copeland Technical Specialists are factory trained and
certified.

Emergency compressor delivery services: Within reason, we will provide same day
delivery of any compressor in stock.
